Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Timely mobile application (the “App”) provided by Apptimely (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

The App offers optional paid features:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App (tasks, projects, goals, contacts you add, notes, etc.). This content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud; we do not claim ownership of it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple services (App Store, iCloud) and, only if you enable the optional AI feature with your own key, on Anthropic. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
